Travel Agency and online (OTA) Reservations
If a third-party Travel agency or OTA chooses to book via another third-party Travel agency or OTA, they forfeit any commissions expected from Ningaloo Lodge. Commissions will only be paid if previous arrangements via contract have been made with any Travel agency or OTA and signed by both parties. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations or decline commission payment if considered as double-dipping (double commission) or no contract has been made with the Ningaloo Lodge.
