A popular choice for those wanting to tick off marine interaction bucket list experiences. Swimming with whalesharks, humpback whales and manta-rays ( the big three) on the Ningaloo Reef. An experience of a lifetime. Ningaloo Reef is one of the world’s largest fringing reefs, stretching over 300km along western Australia’s coastline and is one of the only places in the world where whalesharks reliably congregate each year.
Ningaloo is fast becoming a tourism 12 month, must see destination. With many wildlife interactive and nature based activities on offer year round. November - March is Turtle Season, where you can also witness mother nature at its best. Ningaloo Lodge recommends to book whaleshark,humpback interaction and manta-ray tours ahead of your arrival date to ensure you dont miss out! Snorkeling, diving, hiking, sunset, boat tours, scenic flights, kyaking and fishing are some of the additional recreational tours and activities on offer.
